- Kindred Practice, HIPAA mental health platform
- Practice management and telehealth for therapists: scheduling, clinical notes, billing, intake forms, video sessions and an AI clinical assistant, serving 1,000+ practitioners and their clients. Built on a Fastify and Django backend with a React front end, deployed on AWS.
- Cut the product's monthly AWS production bill by 61% with no loss of capacity, redundancy or performance, by right-sizing instances, removing idle and duplicated resources and correcting over-provisioned storage.
- Built the AI behavior engine behind Paige, the clinical assistant: practices and individual therapists write rules for how it should work, and a resolver decides which rule wins when they disagree.
- Improved the testing engine with Jest, tightening the automated checks that run against the platform.
- Kindred Workplace, Organizational EI platform
- Built an organizational EI platform that analyzes team communication across Slack and Microsoft Teams, supports live voice coaching, and produces organization-level emotional intelligence insights. Built on NestJS and React.
- Built the voice and emotion pipeline across ElevenLabs, Deepgram and Modulate Velma, with retry handling and a monitor that flags a climbing failure rate.
- Built Microsoft Teams bots on Azure, and hosted databases on Azure for the platform.
- Kindred Core, AI memory, evaluation and agent platform
- Built the memory system powering agent recall across multiple Kindred products, modeling when each fact was observed and how long it remained true, alongside the emotional context associated with each memory. Built with NestJS and Prisma.
- Roughly doubled accuracy on time-sensitive questions by rebuilding memory ranking around temporal references, matching questions against when memories were actually true.
- Built the evaluation layer: four harnesses, synthetic corpora generated from 24 personas, and a hard line between checks deterministic enough to block a release and model judgments that never should.
- Used Cursor and Google Antigravity as day-to-day AI coding tools across the Kindred codebases, and worked in Agile/Scrum teams with sprint planning, standups and iterative delivery.
- Medimap, Walk-in clinic access platform
- Rebuilt Medimap, a national walk-in clinic access platform spanning 4,200+ clinics across six provinces, where patients compare live wait times, book appointments, and receive notifications when clinics are ready. Built with Next.js and Payload CMS.
- Grew revenue and user base 15% each during the two-month post-acquisition rebuild of 987 paid clinics, migrating the platform to Next.js and Payload CMS and launching online appointment booking.
- Stellantis Skills Platform, Enterprise assessment
- Maps who can do what across Stellantis: employee self-assessment, peer co-assessment and manager sign-off roll up into workforce reporting for 25,000+ employees across 14 languages. Built on NestJS and React.
- Delivered the three-party assessment workflow, campaign orchestration, SAML 2.0 SSO, and permissions letting a manager see their own line of reports and no further.
