That is on purpose. An interviewer you have a relationship with is not testing anything, and approval that costs nothing is worth nothing.

- Who runs the mock interview?
- Nobody on your side. Interviewers are a rotating cast of strangers you do not pick and do not keep, because an interviewer you have a relationship with is not testing anything. Your coach briefs them beforehand and reads the scorecard back with you afterwards, and that is where her influence ends.
- Can I rename them?
- You can rename your coach, and only your coach. She is the one who is yours.
- How do I know they won't make things up?
- Each specialist has one thing they always do, and it is built into how they work. Vera writes only what you can back up with something you actually said, and Nora shows her sources for anything she tells you about a company or a field.
