Refund Policy

Effective date: 12 June 2025

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Round Zero at joinroundzero.com. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record.

1. Pro Subscription

14-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase by emailing support@joinroundzero.com. This applies to your first purchase only.

Renewals: Monthly renewal charges are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to prevent future charges. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

2. Voice Interview Credits

Unused credits: If you have unused credits and have not used any credits from a pack, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@joinroundzero.com with your order details.

Partially used packs: We do not refund partially used credit packs. Credits that have been consumed to start a voice interview session are non-refundable, as compute resources were used.

Technical failures: If a voice interview session failed to start or was interrupted by a confirmed technical fault on our side (not your connection), the credit will be restored to your account. Email us with your session ID and we will investigate within 2 business days.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@joinroundzero.com with:

  • The email address on your account;
  • Your Paddle order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email);
  • A brief description of the issue.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and without dispute.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we determine there is evidence of abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund patterns) or violations of our Terms of Service.
