Shipping & Delivery Policy

Round Zero sells digital software access only. There is no physical shipping. This policy describes how your purchase is delivered after checkout.
Digital delivery
Job Search Passes and other paid features are delivered instantly to your Round Zero account after successful payment. You receive access as soon as our payment provider confirms the transaction - typically within seconds.
Sign in at joinroundzero.com with the same email used at checkout. Your pass window and unlocked features appear in your workspace and billing settings immediately.
Payment methods
Checkout is processed in USD by Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), our Merchant of Record (card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). You receive a Paddle receipt by email.
Delivery issues
If payment succeeded but your pass did not activate within 15 minutes, email support@joinroundzero.com with your account email and Paddle order ID. We aim to resolve delivery issues within 2 business days.
