Terms of Service

Effective date: 26 June 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Round Zero platform, including the website at joinroundzero.com and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Danish Siddique trading as Round Zero ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Round Zero is an AI career coach. Carmen and her team help you find work, switch fields, grow where you are, stay ahead of AI, or build something of your own. The Service includes voice and text practice, résumé tailoring, company research, and related career tools. It is intended for personal use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@joinroundzero.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free tier: New accounts receive a one-time talk-minute allowance with the team, as described on the pricing page, and unmetered use of typing, your file, and the rest of the Service. Free tier limits are per account and non-transferable.

Paid plans: Paid plans are named for the moment you are in (looking for a job, switching fields, growing where you are, staying ahead of AI, or building on the side). Each moment has a steady plan and a sprint plan, billed monthly or annually until cancelled. Plans differ in talk minutes, how often the team runs in the background, and session length. Only talk minutes with the team are metered.

Changing or cancelling: You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Billing settings, without contacting us. Cancelling stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Changing or ending a plan does not delete your account data.

Payments: Checkout is processed by Armitage Labs OÜ, trading as Creem ("Creem"), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By completing a Creem purchase, you agree to Creem's buyer terms. Creem handles tax collection and remittance in applicable jurisdictions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the Service;
  • Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights;
  • Impersonate another person or entity;
  • Use the Service to generate content that is deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate interview questions, resume suggestions, research briefs, and coaching feedback. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, fitness, or completeness of AI output.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload (resumes, job descriptions, recordings). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store it for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your content to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal purposes only.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the account settings. Upon termination, your access to paid features ceases at the end of the period already paid for; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that interview practice will result in job offers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
