These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Round Zero platform, including the website at joinroundzero.com and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Danish Siddique trading as Round Zero ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Round Zero is an AI-powered interview preparation platform that provides live voice and text mock interviews, resume tailoring, company research briefs, cover letter generation, and related career tools. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individual job seekers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@joinroundzero.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

Free tier: New accounts receive a limited number of free uses of each feature as described on the pricing page. Free tier limits are per account and non-transferable.

AI credits: Credits are purchased in packs and can be used for any AI feature — live voice interviews, resume tailoring, cover letters, company research briefs, and text interviews. Credits do not expire and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

Pro subscription: The Pro plan is billed monthly and provides unlimited access to non-credit features. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Payments: All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's buyer terms. Paddle handles tax collection and remittance in applicable jurisdictions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the Service;
Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights;
Impersonate another person or entity;
Use the Service to generate content that is deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate interview questions, resume suggestions, research briefs, and coaching feedback. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, fitness, or completeness of AI output.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload (resumes, job descriptions, recordings). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store it for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your content to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal purposes only.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the account settings. Upon termination, your access to paid features ceases; unused credits are subject to our Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that interview practice will result in job offers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
